Description
Global enterprise partners is currently looking for a Salesforce Country lead for a implementation in Spain. You will be responsible of the relation between the end client in and the offshore rollout team. You will be the point of contact at the client and you will communicate with the team.
Tasks:
- You will Contribute and participate to management meetings on a regular basis, and ad hoc operational meetings
- Define a plan for country deployment and Liaise directly with Product Owners, Country managers
- Coordinate with program workstreams (Change, Testing, Integration, )
- Manage all deployment phases and alert on all blocking, critical and major points during all phases of the project
Duties:
- Pre assessment Phase, Assessment Phase, Build & UAT preparation phase, UAT Execution phase, Go live Pilot, Return on experience analysis
Competencies:
- Experience In CRM, salesforce implementation
- Experience with project management
- Experience in change management
- Great communication skills
- Project management skills
- Spanish and English
