We are currently searching for a "C&B Expertise Manager: Working Time Systems" to work in Eindhoven, The Netherlands for 1 year plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

Job Description As a C&B Expertise Manager you will be part of the C&B (Compensation & Benefits) Netherlands team and will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Developing and implementing (new) working time systems and allowance policies
. Supporting different departments with the maintenance and execution of allowance policies
. Offering support during the change process and with change requests in different departments
. Developing and supporting working time sustainability projects
. Maintaining contact with Works Council and Trade Unions.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for improving administrative processes and exploring the possibilities to automate processes. You will also participate in assigned projects with your team members.
You will work closely together with your colleagues from the C&B Netherlands team and will have frequently contact with HR line and line managers of the company.

Education HBO or university degree in a relevant field.

Experience * 5-10 years' proven experience and track record in working time systems and allowances.
. Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel.
. Experience dealing with high-pressure situations.
. Proven ability to implement projects across the organization.
. Excellent working time skills, strong knowledge on the working time act and the ability to organize.

. Relationship builder.
. Enjoys working in an open, transparent, informal, dynamic and driven environment.
. Sets targets and priorities effectively and efficiently.
. Analyses problems so that decision-making becomes possible.
