Oracle Trainer/Analyst - Paris - 2 months +
French and English speaking
You must have functional knowledge of eBS Order Management and preferably OKS Service Contracts
You must have excellent communication skills
The role:
Communicate with end users to understand their day-to-day challenges in working with EBS OM and OKS.
Provide guidance based on own knowledge and/or referring to existing documentation.
When needed escalate to Key User or Support Consultant to get solutions or guidelines.
Relay Support organization communication to the team.
Support the key user in consolidating field feedback so that it is properly captured by the support organization.
Develop user tools (checklists, quick guides ) to help them deal with main day-to-day challenges in working with EBS OM and OKS.
