Job description
- Advise on ServiceNow solutions according to the objectives of the customer.
- Implement the ServiceNow platform and the associated modules according to the agreed requirements.
- You take care of the implementation, documentation and improvement of proposed processes at the customer.
- You are able to independently follow and execute smaller projects.
- You analyse and solve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- You help to maintain and manage the ServiceNow platform.
- You coach/train end users.
- You act as the contact point within your knowledge domain, both from a functional and technical perspective.
Profile
- You have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree in IT with relevant experience.
- You are an enthusiastic, driven and inquisitive team player who is aware of the latest technologies and adaptability you have to work in rapidly changing environments.
- You have a broad IT knowledge and good vision on infrastructure and applications in general.
- You have expert knowledge of and experience with multiple modules within the ServiceNow platform preferably IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
- You have extensive experience in integrating ITSM/Itom tools: ServiceNow, HP, within complex organizations.
- You have knowledge and communication with monitoring within various environments.
- You have expert knowledge in at least 1 programming or Scripting language: Java, AngularJS, PHP
- You have good knowledge of web technologies: REST, HTML5
- Certification in ServiceNow is a plus.
- You know ITIL and are aware of the need for a process-driven approach during a technical implementation
- You communicate well both written and spoken (face-to-face and presentation for smaller groups) and you know how to translate your message to the target audience.
- You are empathetic and have a very strong empathy.
- You master English fluently (French is a plus)
