Description
• Proven track record as a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with minimum of 6 – 7 years’ experience• You need to have experience in Service Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud and Lightening Component
• Salesforce Certifications i.eService Cloud and Community Cloud is required
• Experience with integrating Service Cloud with external systems
• Knowledge of other 3rd party case management tool is a plus
