Scrum Master/Agile development (f/m/x) financial area Prague P347
Our client has a highly interactive and dynamic IT product team located in Prague. Being a part of a big multi-national financial group, there are many opportunities for personal development.
Field of activity
Energy builds, maintains and operates a portfolio of applications which provide clients state of the art solutions for energy trading.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for up to 3 teams.
- Reinforce Agile values and practices.
- Use coaching and encouragement to continuously improve agility in working environment.
- Provide help and coaching to Product Owner, team and organization.
Qualifications/required skills
- Working experience 2+ years with Agile development methods.
- Must have prior Scrum Master experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence.
- Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
- Professional certifications regarding Agile or Project Management.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams.
- Understanding of release management, SWDL.
Additional information
Start date of assignment: 12 months/Start: January 2019 (with possible prolongation)
Contract: Fulltime - till the end of the year 2019 with strong option of extension
Location: Prague
