Tasks/responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for up to 3 teams
- Reinforce Agile values and practices
- Use coaching and encouragement to continuously improve agility in working environment
- Provide help and coaching to Product Owner, team and organisation
Qualifications/required skills
- Working experience 2+ years with Agile development methods
- Must have prior Scrum Master experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence
- Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Professional certifications regarding Agile or Project Management
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA
- Experience working in globally distributed teams
- Understanding of release management, SWDL
