A disruptive, high-growth FinTech business is looking for a bright and talented Senior Finance Analyst to join a newly formed team and support through a period of standardisation and optimisation.

"A really interesting and agile role to deliver on a number of core FP&A requirements with a strong focus on Cost. This person will need to have prior experience within FP&A, strong excel and modelling skills, and be highly interpersonal".
To successfully deliver this on this assignment you will need to have:
- An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Strong experience within financial planning and analysis
- Business Partner with specific budget holders across the business
- Advanced Excel skills
- Built cost models in previous roles
- A strong preference for someone from Financial Services, FinTech, or any other high-volume business
