Description
My client is Urgently searching for an experienced Scrum Master for a role based in Luxembourg.
The Scrum Master will be fluent in English
Key Responsibilities/duties
1. Understands Scrum Framework (ceremonies, backlog, roles, purpose)
2. Software Development Life Cycle and release management
3. Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks
4. Familiarity with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, )
5. Ability to set up an agile environment
Key skills required
1. Experience working within Agile Methodology
2. Stakeholder Management skills
3. Ability to coach and train team members
4. Fluent English (written and oral)
Location: Luxembourg
Duration: 6 months (extensions likely)
Rate: Negotiable
