Main tasks:
- Coordinate operational and strategic activities across Respiratory development unit
- Support the Head Portfolio Strategy and Operations
- Support operational requests from the development unit such as organizing off-site/town hall meetings and other events
- Contribute to the culture and communication work stream
- Act as the editor-in-chief of the monthly newsletter
- Manage multi-channel internal communications: Sharepoint update, develop materials such as videos and news articles
- Facilitate, monitor and track Respiratory development unit contracts and external funding requests
Main qualifications
- University degree in strategic communications, internal communications or project management
- Fluency in English and other languages advantageous
- Experience in project management/internal communication
