Operations Expert/Brexit (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Support/manage within the project work stream client reference data the set-up of clients in the reference systems and handle breaks/special cases
- Follow-up on non-standard client set-ups, e.g. breaks or special cases not following standard procedures
- Manage respective manual or semi-manual set-ups
- Track progress and provide reports
- QA set-ups according to given parameters and follow up breaks
- Close collaboration and coordination with products/coverage as well as C&DS and 2nd LoD
Main qualifications
- Experience with data analytics (Excel, ideally also Access and VBA)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Data analytics and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to quickly familiarize with new tasks
- Self-determining
- Experience in process design and optimization
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Understanding of CIB franchise and products
- Experience operating in an international environment
