Location: Duesseldorf
Volume: fulltime
Goal: Consultant will be overseeing clients transfer prices process implementation - improving
and embedding new process
Skills
- Meeting preparation and coordination - PSC/ Weekly Management/ Operation Status Meetings
- Coordinate roll-out of actuals within closing process , including support in UAT
- Coordinate and push forward other agreed enhancement initiatives
- Ensure completion of required documentation
- Keeping Trade Price change project backlog, roadmap adjustments and status tracking,
Interfacing with portfolio mgmt. office
- Interfaces with all involved stakeholders and ETRM support teams
- Embed and Support ramp-up of future TP role with organization
- Oversee number and severity of issues in TP data processing (data quality, timing,
communication and interaction) and suggest cross-"line-function" improvement measures
- Oversee process of deal amendments, e.g. after incorrect deal entry
- Oversee ongoing improvements of data quality within line functions
Required Skills:
- Energy industry experience particularly with TP
- ETRM (Energy Trade and Risk Management) / ERP (Enterprise resource planning ) desirable
- Experienced in Project Management
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills
- Management consulting/ Business process design Technical ability
- Oracle SQL /Tableau knowledge
