Tasks:
- Customer Journey Definition and documentation
- KPI Reporting
- Contributes to the creation of innovative, consistent, integrated solutions to improve business practices, processes, sales, efficiencies or effectiveness.
- Exploits all communication channels.
- Translates communication into different media for different audiences.
Skills:
- Experienced with Customer Journey Definition and documentation
- Experienced with KPI reporting
- Good knowledge on tracking project status
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience
- Experience in Management of IT Teams
- Experienced with Salesforce (preferred Salesforce implementation)
