For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedCompliance Analyst – Employee Compliance (6092)
Please be aware that this is a role within a sensitive environment. You'll have to undergo a background screening, which takes some additional time! We, therefore, prefer local candidates.
Your qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience working in a bank or financial services environment regards to compliance or front office task such as relationship manager with Bank apprenticeship
• Strong Excel skills (V-look up, Pivot tables will be used)
• Proactive personality with an analytical mindset who can work in a sensitive environment handling confidential personal data
• Ability to interfacing with people of all seniority levels
• Fluent in English and German
Your responsibilities:
• Addressing policy questions and information requests
• Reviewing and processing outside business activity requests
• Reviewing and processing personal securities account disclosures and requests
• Requesting, reviewing, and processing documentation regarding managed accounts
• Performing external securities account monitoring
• Following up New Hires and Annual certifications
