For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

German Speaking Senior Executive Assistant (6097)

Your qualifications:

• Experience in an executive assistant position within financial institutions
• Solution and service-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
• A proactive, highly motivated and discreet personality who is able to work independently and to cope with our fast pace and delivery pressure
• High flexibility and energy level to work effectively in an international environment and ability to adapt to short-term changes in schedules and planning
• A precise and efficient work approach as well as outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluent in German and English

Your responsibilities:

• Organizational and administrative support for a Senior Executive Manager, including time management, scheduling, organization of international travel activities and of internal and external events etc.
• Coordinate, organize and prepare meetings.
• Interface to senior executives and their assistants
• Coordinate and collaborate with various Divisions and Functions
