Tasks:
·Provide proactive support to the Project Manager, Head PMO, Roll-in Project Manager as member of the IETV PMO team.
·Ensure high quality, timely materials are prepared for all key meetings.
·Ensure ad hoc information requests are recorded, monitored and delivered on time.
·Assist in project planning and tracking.
·Produce metrics and delivery reports.
·Assist in preparation for key meetings.
·Support sprint teams, scrum masters and product owners.
·Help to address ad hoc information requests.
·Support coordination of Supplier Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices.
·Assist in preparation and running of key governance meetings (project meetings arrangement, slides, minutes, support etc.).
·Assist in roll in planning, developing change management plans, developing training plans and in test planning.
Requirements:
·University/College degree in Finance, IT or comparable.
·At least 5 years' experience in PMO / Project Management.
·Works comfortably in fast-paced environment with last minute requests and changing priorities.
·Previous experience in implementation project.
·Basic understanding of finance in a Reinsurance/Insurance environment.
·Experience in Project Management and related methodologies.
·Very good knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
·Strong interpersonal skills to manage and work with an international team.
