Description

Project Manager Engineering - 8 months contract

An engineering project manager is needed to support manufacturing site upgrade, which specialises in production of biologics. This project requires fluent German speaker.

Tasks:

Provides project management services for engineering and facility projects
Delivers project End-to-End, i.e. from shaping the idea, through capital appropriation, various design stages and subsequent execution as well as commissioning or qualification and final handover to the user
Applies state-of-the-art Project Management Standards
Provides subject matter or process expertise.
Uses technical knowledge of equipment and facilities maintenance systems as well as calibration standards, tooling processes and documentation control systems in a regulated manufacturing environment
Establishes a high performing team to deliver defined scope
Prepares routine status and progress reports
Leads the specification of functional and technical requirements and supports Procurement in negotiations with contractors and vendors
Establishes effective project planning and cost control (incl. hours)
Requirements:

Master degree or advanced diploma in pharmaceutical or related engineering studies (mechanical, chemical engineer etc.)
Track record of at least eight years experience in the biotechnology, pharma, food or nuclear industry, with proven experience in the engineering field
Project Management Certification preferred, knowledge of J&J's FPX methodology is a plus
Knowledge of cGMP regulations pertaining to operation and maintenance of machinery and facilities
