Michael Bailey Associates are currently recruiting for an IBM ODM Developer for one of the Switzerland's leading Investment Banks to be based in Zurich. My client is a Financial leader with a reputation for hiring high caliber candidates and hosting an environment of professionals who consistently challenge and grow with each other.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Development, testing and maintenance of business rules in ODM
? Member of a scrum team following agile practices
? This includes support to the clients to file their tax reports in dozens of different countries and also to support them to reclaim withholding taxes where appropriate
The successful incumbent will possess:
? 3+ years of experience in IBM Operational Decision Manager (version 8.5.1 or similar)
? Hands on experience in complex rule development in ODM
? Hands on experience in designing and building Domain Models, Java Execution Models and Business Object Models for Business Rules Applications
? Hands on experience in testing and simulating rule in Decision Validation in Rule Designer
? Experience in working in a agile environment (Scrum is preferred) and experience with automated testing
