Description
A Transformational Change Consultant is urgently required to work in London on a 8 months contract.The candidate is required to have a good knowledge of leading and managing technology-led change and technology adoption . The ideal candidate is required to be an expert in change management methods and their application.
You must have a good understanding of Agile and its impact on the management of change. You are required to have a proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levels. You must be able to conduct detail change impact assessments and work with the business to drive action plans.
The ideal candidate must be able to produce business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change. You must be resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance. The candidate must be results/outcomes oriented, and business value focused . You must be able to demonstrate evidence of all 4 Leadership Attributes, RDS core values and D&I behaviours will be considered during the selection process
