Description
Process Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years working experience in project and process management
- Expertise in operational processes within financial services industry
- Know-how of process optimization experience such as Lean or Six Sigma in compliance with practical experience with agile methodology
- Profound analytical, communication and facilitation skills along with the ability to collaborate with all levels within the organization as well as experience with change programs
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Identifying pain points and root causes of inefficiencies as well as managing process improvement and optimization
- Designing the future operational state and defining new ways of working
- Ensuring sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting change and supporting cultural change towards a continuous improvement of mind-set
- Coaching on tools and methods for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
- Performing as a subject matter expert in deployment of future state processes
