We are currently looking for a change manager to work in London on a contract basis within the Oil & Gas Sector.The project will design the new Target Operation Model, new Organisational structures, process simplification, benefits realisation strategy, up skilling plan and culture transformation in Cash Management to support Finance's World Class strategy
We are looking for an individual that has extensive experience in change management ( 7-10years). The candidate is required to drive and support the business change activities and IT systems to increase customer satisfaction and business value which will drive significant and ongoing change in all parts of the business. You will be supporting the business growth agenda and will be working on one change programme, with oversight management from a Transformational change manager.
The ideal candidate responsibility will be working on deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives. You will be building and managing change management activities to a business ready standard, and ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects.
