Description
Project Manager/PMO - data integration with French vacancy requiring profound Project Management knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- 4+ years relevant work experience in a project management role
- Background in partner management and B2B support
- Strong project management skillset including stakeholder management as well as analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
- Languages: fluent English and French both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting partners in data integration by understanding their data structure and consulting with them on the best solution
- Providing high quality technical support including troubleshooting, escalating and responding to requests for product support from partnership teams
- Leveraging internal tools, logs and data for identifying as well as troubleshooting issues
- Establishing ongoing communications, operating processes and reporting cadence to liaise between technical services product and tools operations, internal product engineering and development teams
- Compiling, analysing and reporting on relevant partner and support Key Performance Indicators
- Developing expertise on new processes and technologies along with driving optimisation and pursuing cost reductions through process and tool improvements
