Customer / Client:

The client is currently looking for a Senior HR IS Specialist SuccessFactors (f/m/x) within the Corporate HR Organization. HR IS People Solution unit is responsible for the HR IT SAP Success Factors suites - Recruiting, Compensation, Talents, Performance and Goals and Learning. The Senior HR IS Specialist SuccessFactors Cross Module plays an essential role in the new implementation and the ongoing application, development and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, working close with Business Analyst and Business requestors of SAP SuccessFactors. This position will be based in Hallbergmoos near Munich, Germany

Organizational Integration - Reporting Lines - Staff Responsibility

- Direct Reports - Budgetary and Revenue Responsibility: Reports as project leader to VP Global HR Shared Services (ad interim, currently an Atreus Manager) und dotted line to CHRO

Objectives and Tasks: ?

You are responsible for coordination, implementation and testing of functional enhancements, change requests and support tickets in SAP SuccessFactors ? You are the contact person regarding interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll system (user/employee data) ? You do Release Management (Platform Release topics) including impact analysis, decision discussion and implementation ? You are the contact person for the Kongsberg Automotive (KA) SuccessFactors team for questions related to payroll system (personnel data, organizational data, employee data constellations) ? You are responsible for User management and key architecture of master data on SAP SuccessFactors ? You lead the integration topics like single sign-on, identity provider, employee data interface to ensure Integration of cloud solution in KA’s IS&T infrastructure (collaboration with external suppliers) ? You provide consulting services to the HR Business in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience

Project Description

You are subject matter expert with depth of understanding and ability to implement SAP SuccessFactors modules ? You translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution design for SAP SuccessFactors in compliance with best practice- ? You adhere to corporate standard, security guidelines and sustainability and deliver within time constrain

Professional Requirements:

University degree, professional qualification and experience in HR, HR IS beneficial Experience as IT Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Ability to work both independently and within the team Strong analytical and technical understanding Experience in managing global and regional suppliers Creative and strategic thinking Strong problem-solving methodology Result-driven, flexible to travel and can set priorities Effective verbal, written communication and presentation / program management skills High degree of personal integrity and confidence Excellent leadership skills Experience in Agile Methodology desired Excellent business communication skills Business fluency in English and German Willingness to travel frequently

Region / location: Munich area but home office possible
