- Contact person for all topics around Scrum and Agile in general
- Management of scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in agile methodology
- Leading the sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos for scrum teams
- Support the teams in identification and addressing blockages
Qualifications
- Experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- Good knowledge in the area of Salesforce
- Solid understanding of agile software development processes
- Very good command of German and English, written and orally
