We are currently looking for an “Operational Excellence Expert (m/f/d)“ for our customer in the energy sector with the following specifications:Start: 15.08.2019
Duration: 4+
Location: Hannover
Tasks:
• Support the engagement and diagnostic phase of the DCB rollout at the HR Services Team, mainly in Hannover.
• Support the preparation and execution of diagnostic activities, such as Voice of Customer / Voice of Business interviews; define value proposition; prioritize objectives; define action plans; process observations and process improvement workshops; DILO / WILO analysis; Backlog Analysis; Performance Management Structure
• Analyze existing data and define hypothesis of root causes
• Support identifying initiatives and practical applications for the delivery & implementation phase
• Deliver Standard OE Content Training to HR Services employees, ensure people feel engaged with OE, understand the content and are able to apply it
• Prepare, customize and co-facilitate workshops
• Support the cultural change needed for a successful DCB rollout
Your Profile:
• Ability to challenge Senior Management on their current ways of working
• Superior understanding of complex structures and processes, understanding and expertise in HR processes (onboarding, contract set up, payroll etc) are a benefit
• Ability to map processes, identify waste, identify issues and root causes and to use common tools (SIPOC, Ishikawa, …)
• Strong Diagnostic Skills
• Strong Coaching Skills
• German Speaker (fluent), English Speaker (fluent)
• Senior Manager or above preferred
