Description
The program aims to optimize the processes of a business area. Several streams are used to examine the existing IT and process landscape and to identify measures and missing bases for eliminating manual interfaces, automation, tool support for the processes. From this, appropriate business and IT projects are defined, applied for and implemented.For the management of the implementation of existing requirements and the development of studies, we are looking for a senior personality as project manager and scrum master on the IT side.

- Dealing with escalations and impediments
- Good stakeholder management due to many interfaces to peripheral systems
- Experience in the telecom environment
From now until 30.06.2020 (with option for extension) to 80-100%.
