Description
Main tasks:- Introduction of the method Scrum and convey the Agile values ??in the product team MasterData & Logging
- Coaches and schools of staff (technical & IT) in the Scrum method.
- Farm the product backlog with the product
- Owner and school of business engineers in writing and cutting from stories
- Promote collaboration in the team by optimally splitting the to be converted UserStories.
Requirements:
- Assist stakeholders in understanding and implementing the Scrum Methodology and empirical product development
- Plan Scrum implementations and improve their effectiveness
- Promoting self-organization and cross-functional work in Scrum team
- Plan Scrum implementations and improve their effectiveness
- Communicate techniques for effective product backlog management.
- Awakening of understanding for the need for clear documentation of Product Backlog with concise entries
- Prioritize the entries in the Product Backlog so that the largest value is generated becomes
Requirements (technology e.g. Java, Linux etc.):
- Experience in software development with Java is an advantage.
- Experience in quality assurance of software projects, e.g. Extreme Programming (XP) Practices beneficial
- Fluent German language skills are essential
