Description
Für ein Projekt unseres Kunden suchen wir aktuell externe Unterstützung durch einen Test Integration Manager (TIM).• Securitization of committed TIM deliverables, regarding preparation and execution of test verification and validation activities, in QTC
• Set up a TIM organization in the project, technical management of the TIM core team and coordination of the allocated interface resources
• Application and securitization of the overall optimized test strategy in the project
• Application, optimization and maintenance of the TIM project schedule (TIMP), analysis and mitigation concept in case of delays occurring
• Continuously alignment with the Head of Vehicle Validation and the CoE Testing and Validation regarding project status and issues, responsible for delivery of the defined, standardized KPI setup
• Compliance with the agreed test schedule and budget in the TIM responsible area and mitigation concept of delays and exceeding`s occurring
• Abschluss (Master oder Dipl.-Ing.) in technischen Ingenieurswissenschaften (mechanisch oder elektrisch) oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Erfahrungen in der Führung von Multifunktionalen Engineering Projekten in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Subsystemtest,
• Integrated Commissioning, Fahrzeug Typtest
• Wünschenswerterweise erfahren im Umfeld der Schienenfahrzeugindustrie
• Erfahrungen in der Projektplanung
• Systematischer und transparenter Arbeitsstil
• Offener Kommunikationstil
• Erfahrung in der Lösungsfindung für kritische Problemstellungen
• Multifunktionale Führungserfahrung
