Workday Compensation Solutions Manager
London
6 month contract
£400-£500 per day
My client is an industry-leading organisation looking for an experienced Workday Compensation Manager to join their London offfice and manage the planning, design, configuration, implementation and communication of Compensation solutions, in order to ensure the best experience for their global employee base.
The ideal condidate will possess the following:
-3+ years of configuration experience with Workday;
-Bachelor's degree in related field;
-Significant Compensation experience (with global knowledge preferred);
-MS Office Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint; and good knowledge of Access and Visio;
-Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communications skills.
