My Client, a Financial Services company based in Utrecht are looking for a Project Manager with a Software Development background.
Job Description
The role requires strong strategic partnership and interaction with relevant P&Ls CIO's, Project teams and shared services teams as well as with functional business leadership teams.
Hands-on experience in leading the implementations and integration of global HR systems.
Provides work direction and guidance to members of the Project Team - personnel from business and IT
As the Project Manager, responsible for the execution of key strategic integration and roll out of various HR systems within designated business areas.
Timely identification of key risks leading the team in the development and proactive implementation of actionable mitigation and contingency plans.
Understanding, communicating and resolving inter dependencies/conflicts between various standalone country HR systems.
Developing standardized communication tools for integration projects - Project Schedules, Communication Templates for the different layers of stake-holders, dashboards to update on projects regularly.
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering
Extensive experience in Software Development Project Management including large portfolio and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and organizations
Successful implementation experience in rolling out global HR functions
Demonstrated competency in project management and execution of multiple and larger projects
Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to work in a high-pressured environment
Strong IT Leadership experience and vendor management experience
Knowledge of Infrastructure/hardware
Experience working with program management methodologies like Agile, DevOps etc.
Must be bilingual - speaking both Dutch and English
