For one of our clients Luzern we are looking for a Learning and Organizational Development Expert at the company's headquarters.
Responsibilities:
* Coaching line managers on team and organizational development matters
* Conceptual design and facilitation of workshops and team development processes
* Supporting with learning & development projects
Requirements:
* At least 5 years experience in the area of team and organizational development, change management and coaching
* Good powerpoint skills
* MS Office Basic skills
* Good analytical and conceptual skills
* Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
* In-depth coaching skills
Education:
* Master degree in psychology, economics or similar
* Further education in coaching and organizational development
Languages:
* German: Fluent (written & spoken)
* English: Fluent (written & spoken)
