Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed project plans ( scopes, objectives and timelines)
- Planning and coordinating internal and external resources
- Making sure the project is delivered on time within budget and scope and that all resources are used in the most effective way
- Tracking the progress of the project
- Communicating the project progress to internal stakeholders
- Using verification techniques to implement changes in the scope, timeline or budget of the project
- Measuring the project performance
- Managing risks and dependencies of the project
- Creating a comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager (remote work experience will be a plus)
- Experience with Agile project management processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with using GSuite, WordPress and project management tools
- Experience with various project methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership, project management skills, time & budget management and problem-solving skills
- A good eye for details and multi-tasking skills
- Self-directed, organized and efficient with the ability to work under pressure
Preferred:
- Bachelor Degree
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Agile Certifications
- Experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence, or equivalents, desired
