We are currently looking for an ITIL prone Application Manager for our energy client in DusseldorfStart: 15.10.19
End: 31.12.19 (+extension )

Volume: fulltime; 40hrs / week
Background: Prepare go-live of a new PaaS service for trading
Task:
- Deliver the full service enabling process following the service transition approach within the ITIL Framework
- Aftercare operations after Go-live (reported bugs are discussed with the developers and should be fixed or solved)
- Setup the support model and hand over to the support team later on (how is the process defined, how to communicate incidents)
- Engage with the different stakeholders and vendors involved
- Finalize the split of applications in terms of the company split between two clients
- The current application management process in which the process is optimized together with the application
management and the external service provider should be adopted
- In addition, a process to establish coordination of further developments and to establish with the external service
provider. Parallel developments and tickets should be handled within the support model
- Coordination of Incidents: analyze of dependencies and consult with regard to most suitable solutions to be applied
- Coordinate application of enhancements based on aforementioned analysis in close collaboration with the different
business stakeholders.
- Steer application of incident solving and tracks status of enhancement progress accordingly
- Coordinate enhancements together with business in Delivery Dates and Estimations
- Check technical changes and releases done by an external supplier
- Definition of incident management processes along with respective implementation of process
- Application Management in WSS (name of special application used only by client)
Skills:
- Incident Management experience (incl. Processes definition / implementation)
- Experience in setting up Support models
- Experience in application management in carve out projects
- Strong experience in Ticket Management
- Project experience with energy client(s)
- Management experience
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Strong proven ITIL background
- Experience with MS Dynamics
- Experience with aftercare operations after Go-live (e.g. bug fixes,..)
