Project Description
GLDA is an integral element of the Claims digitalization strategy: it makes usage of modern technology in order to unlock the potential of loss data across MRG divisions in order to evolve from reacting based on experience and personal knowledge to proactively manage losses and provide insights that matter for all relevant stakeholders. Constant delivery of data driven Business Use Case applications (descriptive and predictive analytics as well portfolio analytics & insights generation) for UW, Claims and external clients in combination with foundational topics (e.g. Text Mining, Bordereaux Data Intake and Data Quality Improvements, workflow & process automation) and solutions of ad hoc requests ensure an adequate mix of short-, middle- and long-time value.
Task Description
Project Office and Project Management Support. Requirements-Engineering including Process Design, Documentation, Quality Assurance.
Required working experience
2-5 years relevant experience
Required Skills and qualifications
Technical Must have
- Requirements Engineering experience
- Experience with Project Management tools
- Process-Model (all four layers and RACI-concept)
- Process documentation in BPM-Tool (ideally Adonis)
- Experience in Insurance / Reinsurance (ideally Claims function)
- Experience with Workflow tools (ideally APPIAN)
Personal Must have
German and English. Presentation and moderation skills.
Additional information
Clear Commitment for whole project duration required as project specific know how has to be build up.
