Background
For our client in the major pharma industry located in Basel, we are urgently looking for (all Genders): Manager - QA Project/Process Quality Manager - Level III.


General information
- Job Title: Security Expert
- Start/end date: ASAP - end of year 2020
- Workload: 100%
- Travel Time: 50%
- Work Location: Resource needs to be on site deepening to the progress of work (approx. 1day per week in Wehr 1day per week in Stein, 3 days per week in Schweizerhalle( Muttenz)/ Basel)


Purpose
- The first area is to drive the implementation of an new global Information / Quality Management Framework applicable for IT, automation and laboratory environment into the mentioned sites. This includes assessments of the current process landscape, implement new procedures, update of current procedures, set up an control framework and assessing the current landscape against the new framework . The candidate is the main driver together with support from different departments on the sites.
- The second area is the operational support of IT and OT assets in all regards to Information Security and Risk Management. This includes the compliance/security overview to IT applications related process (ITIL) but also the information management related processes e.g. records management. The objective is to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by the Organization of our customer.

Tasks
- Responsible for managing the results of the quality assurance and testing teams.
- Responsible for objectively evaluating processes, work products, and services against applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures. Responsible for identifying and documenting noncompliance issues.
- Provides feedback to project staff on the results of quality assurance activities.
- Ensures that noncompliance issues are addressed.
- Ultimately accountable for QA/Testing portion of project deliverables (i.e. test plans, testing solutions, results, budgets, schedules, and quality).
- Determines new methods and develops new procedures for accomplishing work.
- Creates a climate of collaboration and teamwork among team members and customer groups.
- Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate project priorities and outcomes.

Requirements:
- MUST: Fluent in German language: spoken and written, fluent in English
- Proven experience of several years’ in GxP and compliance environment
- Experience in implementation of global programs
- Very good skills to drive implementation
- Very good communication skills
- Should be proactive
- Team player
- Experience with IT Structured Software Testing, Testing Specialized, TestDirector, and WinRunner.
- Ability to supervise staff and make personnel decisions.
- Ability to articulate the company's business requirements and objectives regarding quality.
- Ability to manage quality assurance and testing projects, schedules, tasks, and deliverables.
- Ability to effectively communicate quality issues and recommendations to improve quality to senior level IT management.
- Determines process and priorities based on the requirements of a situation.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and testing processes and tools and industry standards on quality models.
- Negotiates to resolve customer issues by seeking win-win solutions that add value to the customer.
- Develops unique strategies to promote the effectiveness of the group.
- Understands how the IT group operates and how his/her role meets customer needs and creates value.
- Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation.
- Takes initiative to work on challenging or stretch work assignments.
