Clinical Document Governance and Management Operations Manager vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Work experience in international and multi-cultural working environment
- Solid experience with SharePoint, HR systems such as HR Core, and Learning Management Systems such as Up4Growth
- Strong computer skills such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisation, communication and tracking skills combined with accurate and detail oriented way of work
- Able to meet timelines, embrace new ideas, explore their efficiency and adapt them
- Commercial training or equivalent is to be proved
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German or French are advantageous
Your tasks:
- Supporting on boarding, off boarding of various associates from external service providers
- Ensuring access to tools and systems of the business as well as maintaining staff trackers
- Assigning trainings to CDGM and external service provider associates in learning management system
- Providing logistical coordination and support in CDGM meetings through presentation preparation, communication and coordination
- Maintaining CDGM SharePoint through close cooperation with CDGM members and other content owners
