Description

Administrative Business Partner vacancy requiring profound PMO knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company.

Your experience/skills:
  • Several years of experience as an administrative assistant with a background in a fast paced environments
  • Familiar with working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
  • Expertise with standard office tools including spreadsheets
  • Outstanding communication skills and business judgment
  • Ability to multitask coupled with an organised, analytical and problem-solving mind-set
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practice
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Performing an wide range of administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel management, facilities and equipment booking, managing meetings as well as processing and approving expense reports
  • Acting as point of contact for the team and identifying the team's main goals and the administrative support necessary for achieving them
  • Planning internal events such as team work and social events or summits logistics by managing team calendar and aliases along with coordinating with facilities, catering, purchase order creation and expensing as well as management or approvals and contracts
  • Partnering with team members on business related projects and provide ad hoc support in close collaboration with the team during challenging periods
