Description
IT Support - 1st Line / iOS / Ms Office / Incident Management - vacancy for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher Degree in an IT related field and/or equivalent work experience in a Customer facing role within IT is a must
- Hands-on experience of using an Incident and Request Management Tool
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of MS Excel, as well as know-how within iOS (iPhone and iPads) support
- Outstanding Customer Service skills along with a proactive service orientation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to drive the initiative
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being a single point of contact via phone, email or face-to-face for internal IT and telephone related customer service requests and queries
- IT Incident Management: monitoring the progress, ensuring timely communication and follow-up of all requests
- Performing daily reports and data checks according to agreed procedures
- Cooperating with other internal business units and external service providers
