Description

Role – Solution Head (DACH Region + Eastern Europe)
Department – Infrastructure & Cloud Services (ICS)
Experience – 15 to 20 Years +
Work Location – Wiesbaden, Germany
Reporting into – Sales & Solution Head – Europe

Tasks and Activities:
a. Work with Front End Sales, Account Team to promote ICS Solution to customers & increase the wallet share of Tech Mahindra
b. Enable Sales Team to be successful to sale Tech Mahindra’s ICS Solutions & Platform, IP etc.
c. Being the Single Point of Contact for Sales Team in your region where ICS Solution is Major portion to create the winnable solution
d. Work with Offshore (India) & Global Solution Team to develop, build, create the overall ICS Solution
e. Own & lead the RFI/RFP process end to end – Create a Winnable Solution till Contract Closure
f. Penetrate Tech Mahindra ICS Solutions to new & existing customers to increase the wallet share
g. Work with Regional Delivery Head for Delivery Assurance & obtain sign-off for effort estimation
h. Work with Multiple Unit of Tech Mahindra to create an overall solution where multi competency is involved
i. Lead the Proposal Defense (Build the PPT, Price Model, Dry Run, Present to Customer)
j. Adherence to laid out process
k. Work with Partners to get the competitive price
l. Build, Sustain & Maintain the Partner Relationship
m. Will own a Sales Target to be measured at end the of Financial Year

Expertise:
• Quickly able to understand the requirement post discussion with customer or RFI/RFP & build the solution accordingly
• Must be an expert to know the end to end process of IT Infrastructure Solution Building
• Solid knowledge & understanding of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Technologies
• Must be a Team Player
• Must be able sail through in a complex & chaotic situation (sometimes)
• Preferable ITIL Certified
• Strong knowledge on IT Automation Technologies & should be in a position to articulate to customers
• Strong Knowledge on Data Center & Cloud Transformation
• Must have knowledge on Global Service Delivery Model
• Strong on Managed Services Model
• Strong on Transition Management
• Lead Due Diligence & work on BAFO/LAFO
• Good to have some services delivery knowledge
• Must have good knowledge on different pricing model (as a Service, Managed Services, T&M)
• Good understanding on offerings of Solutions of different OEM (HP, DeLL etc.)
• Establish connect with Different Data Center & Cloud Service Provider
• 50% of Travel with in Continental Europe – Flexible to Travel internationally as well
• Strong knowledge on working with Indian IT Services Provider & model of working
• Flexibility of working with multiple units, department
• Strong working relationship with Delivery Leaders in the organization (Matrix Mode of Working)
• Prepare MIS Report for Business, Opportunities aligned with manager
• Participate & lead the review with senior management
• Must be fluent in English & German (Spoken & Written)
