Training Coordinator vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- Ability to work across region and time-zone to achieve both group and individual goals
- Talented in organisation and communication
- Capability of fostering positive working relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels
- Acts in a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented manner
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Overseeing local logistics and operations for a wide array of training programs
- Replying to queries about training programs using a centralised ticket management system
- Helping Program Managers so that their learning programs run smoothly from start to finish
- Maintaining a focus on operational scale and excellence during tactical execution
- Interacting effectively to attendees and stakeholders details about programs you support
- Cooperating with stakeholders to ensure all program materials are up-to-date
