For our client we are currently looking for a Business Analyst with ServiceNow focus.Start: ASAP
End: ca. 24 April 2020 (extension possible)
Location: Düsseldorf (some remote work possible)
Language: English (business fluent)
Volume: Fulltime
Background:
For a project going live in April 2020 we are looking for the support of a ServiceNow focused business analyst
Tasks:
- Design items for the service catalogue
- Coordinate and organize the work for the delivery team
- Alignment with stakeholders from various departments
- Work on pre-defined SLA s and design and implement these into the system
- The Business Analyst is involved in the development of business cases, facilitation of analysis
workshops, the definition and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Business Analysis
- Strong background in ServiceNow
- Pro-active work attitude
- Experience with working in international project environments
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Very good communication skills
- Experience in Finance environment beneficial
