IT Operations Specialist - Hamburg - March 2020Client:
My client is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Germany. They specialise in the digital sector, using modern technologies to develop sustainable and effective solutions. They are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join their office in Hamburg and run their new project.
Job Description:
- You will be optimising the processes for user, role and authorization administration
- You shall handle the national and international development and implementation of the request processes
- You will be the technical contact person for any new technologies and processes in Request Management
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the system as the (sub-)project manager
Requirements:
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable IT training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration)
- You have strong knowledge in request management and process design
- Fluency in German and English
- Nice to have: ITIL certification
- 100% onsite
