Audit Management Improvement Project & Backfilling Parental Leaver
1. Description of services:
- Provision of documents to successfully close audit findings,
- Advice on Audit and Compliance Readiness,
- Improvement of the audit preparation process
- Creation of disaster recovery plans
- Review and cleanup of SLA and CMDB data
2. Scope:
- Legal and financial applications: Legal DMS and Risk2Chance
- Taking into account the existing SOPs and policies
3. Goals:
- Improvement and assurance of ongoing processes, as well as preparation of future audits
