Description
An opportunity to join a Global Bank in Zurich as a D2C Delivery Manager for an intial 8 months.Key responsibilities will include maximising the value chain to deliver the product and the work of the Development Team. The Delivery Manager is key on how this is done across the teams from Product Owner, Bank SMEs, UX/UI to BAs and Developers and may some key individuals.
The role will mainly have to cover:
- Leading and coaching key areas of the Bank in this way to become agile
- Planning agile implementations within the Bank
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact agile and MVP product development
- Causing change that increases the productivity of the team
- Working with other teams to increase the effectiveness of the application to become agile in the Bank
- Coordination across teams (PO / UX / UI / Business SME / Developers)
- Agile delivery by ordering / prioritise the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
- Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
- Ensuring the Development Team gets items in the Product Backlog to the level needed to be efficient
The successful incumbent will possess a proven track record in business analysis, consulting and delivery of digital propositions.
