You will work in the sub-program management information for chains of the MI / RM program. You identify which information is required for each selected chain, you map out the process steps for each chain and you support the chain chair in indicating and formulating the steering information request. It is important that you have knowledge of management information and skill in applying it at tactical and strategic level. You have experience with interpreting architecture and application landscapes. You have knowledge of data modelling and design functions within IT. Your knowledge and experience with specifying and building management information products.The DGBD recently started, under the leadership of the Directorate of Control & Finance, with the management information / risk management (MI / RM) program. The aim of the program is to improve and accelerate management information / risk management at the Tax Authorities. The program plan has a two-pronged approach to MI: we start with both bottom-up improvement of available management information and with top-down review of the KPIs on which the Tax Authorities manage and account. This should lead to an information provision that provides correct, timely and complete information that enables the management of the Tax Authorities to plan, manage and account for this and enables both the client and the owner to perform their duties. We also start, along the same lines, an integrated approach to risk management. For this assignment, work experience with modelling data, building, testing and implementation of information products is required. The program works together with various parts of the Tax Authorities. Maintaining the competence of networking, coordinating and connecting is indispensable.
Requirements (Mandatory)
5 years HBO or academic, evidenced by completed and successfully completed courses and work experience in the area of expertise
