For our partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager Standards domains
Background:

Diagnostics Governance & Services drives the alignment of the divisional governance model based on solution concepts and divisional standards mutually agreed with all Business Areas. Thereby we provide the needed services and common assets that help the Business Areas to reach the common goal.
Main Tasks:
- Provides project management support for multiple standardization projects throughout the full lifecycle (project setup, project planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closure)
- Sets-up and PMO processes and structures within agile project teams in alignment with stakeholders
- Creates and maintains integrated project, resource and budget plans
- Coordinates dependencies and resource availability with different contributor groups
- Coordinates people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results
- Supports the preparation of the consolidated project status reports
- Guides, manages and tracks preparation and execution for project milestone reviews
- Manages project- and steering meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, create and distribute minutes, track and actively follow up action items)
- Ensures documentation and distribution of all relevant information to the appropriate stakeholder groups
- Coaches and consulting of project team members in agile project management practices
- Manages project risks
- Acts in accordance with the SIS Culture of Collaboration, Roche Values and Roche Core Competencies
Must Haves:
- Bachelor or Master in natural sciences , IT or in the field of medical diagnostics with a
minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience
- Strong communications skills with all partners, peers, stakeholder, project-teams
- Extrovert personality that is used to be proactive and self-organized, stress resistant
- Technical understanding of interdisciplinary tasks and responsibility's in a highly
professional environment
- Proficiency English skills spoken and written
- Proven (strategic) agility and ability to react, adapt to and influence changing
situations
- Analytical and connected thinking in difficult project areas / summarize quickly
- Highly service orientated personality
Nice to Haves:
- Good handling skills with criticism
- Experience in teams after a reorganization (positive mindset)
- Independent way of working
