Description
My Client is a Swiss global financial institution. As they are currently expanding, they are seeking a BI Product Manager for an initial 12 months with a strong likelihood for extension to be based at their Basel site.Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate operational support and sprint activities between business and IT.
- Perform scrum master role with technical team,
- Ensure the TFS backlog is up-to-date,
- Make sure that the production issues are dealt with on timely manner,
- Provide enhanced communication to business users on production outage, delays etc
- Conduct weekly user meetings to keep users up-to-date on progress of the sprint
- Coordinate UA and production releases and ensure that user sign-off is acquired before the release and change management process has been followed up
The successful incumbent should have knowledge on data warehousing, dimensional data modelling, OLAP databases and SDLC procedures
