My Client, a Global Bank who is currently on an exciting growth curve are seeking a JIRA Specialist for an initial 5 month contract with a strong likelihood for extension to be based at their Zurich site.Key responsibilities will include:
The role owner will be a JIRA specialist supporting the development of JIRA/Confluence improvements. He/She will also take care of daily tasks such as taking care of the JIRA eMail box to answer questions. Guidance to users must be given at any time in order to comply with release governance. He/She is also responsible for managing the Avaloq Release Management processes (also other satellite applications like Crealogix, DWH, CGCalc, etc.) from a testing perspective, considering project (change) and business demand. Alongside the operational and technical tasks this function requires the ability to answer many questions regarding code development and the software change process.
- JIRA/Confluence Administration and Enhancement
- Coordination and Communication of Testing Activities
- Ensure Testing Readiness and Testing Progress
- Project Support
- Test Environment Coordination
The successful incumbent will possess:
- Hands-on experience in JIRA/Confluence experience
- Software Testing experience
- Experience with the Banking and/or Finance industry
If the candidate possesses Avaloq Certification this would be highly advantageous.
