My Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation based in Central Zurich offices who is currently seeking a Product Owner who can be both the voice of the product and the voice of the user within the company.Key responsibilities of this permanent opportunity will include:
- User-centric development, realisation and constant review of product and vision
- Continuous product iteration through intensive user testing and targeted coordination with all company functions to ensure product / market fit
- Management and prioritisation and assurance of an agile, user centred working mode
- Creation of a high-level product roadmap in collaboration with the leadership team and assurance that business-relevant milestones are being delivered on time
The successful incumbent will possess at least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner and experience building digital products (ideally in B2B or marketplaces). You will also be expert level in agile development (Kanban / Scrum) and lean start-up methodology.
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about leading development and execution of product vision and will be able to excel in a start-up environment.
