Description
• Senior consultant with totally 6-8 Years experience- with 4 years of SF experience & conversant with implementation of EC module.• SF EC Certification & Knowledge of Success Factor EC module implementation and Business processes knowledge pertaining to Employee Life cycle.
• Exposure to EC Time off, Position Management.
• Knowledge on SF-HCM Integration with Boomi as Middleware.
• Worked on HCM On Premise and Worked/Implemented at least 3-4 EC Projects.
• Hands-on experience in Multiple country roll out for SF EC & Integration tool.
• Experience designing and implementing test cases, running, and reporting on quality.
• Excellent communication skills & ability to present to large groups.
• Experience on ORD reporting & Advance Reporting.
• Exposure to communicate end user trainings.
• Open to travels.
